Episode 22 of 26

Dougie, Cammy and Anne are bound for the Isle of Islay. Dougie visits some of the island's world-famous distilleries, and Anne catches up with Glenn Campbell.

Dougie, Cammy and Anne are bound for ‘the Queen of the Hebrides’: the Isle of Islay. Dougie visits some of Islay’s distilleries to find out why the island is such a world-famous whisky destination and how the industry is responding to this global demand. Meanwhile, Cammy is at the RSPB's Oa nature reserve, on Islay's most southerly tip, which is a haven for endangered crow species the chough. He discovers how the management of livestock is benefiting this rare species.

Anne catches up with one of Islay’s best-known sons, Glenn Campbell, as he reflects on his upbringing on the island. She is also on the trail of one of Islay’s landowners whose lasting legacy has been overlooked.
