In some parts of the UK you may be lucky enough to see a red squirrel. They are the original squirrels in this country, but today the introduced Grey squirrel from America is much more common.

The red squirrel is smaller than the grey and today is found in small populations Scotland, Anglesey and the Isle of Wight.
