You can also hear about the music legend who's coming to Staffordshire, and Rob chats to Stone band Lost Scenes as they head to the capital to cycle from ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ London to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Manchester - all to raise money for Children In Need.
