Adam's case - appearing before a district judge court (pt 2/4)
We follow the story of a young offender called Adam, who has been charged with robbery and appears before District Judge David Simpson in a youth court. Adam and his mother are played by actors but all the court personnel are real professionals. The judge questions the them and must make a decision whether to give a Referral Order (a community sentence) or to adjourn the court for reports with a view to passing a custodial sentence.
