The history of County Tyrone, from the Normans to the plantations

The area also has light to shed on the historical links to the O'Neills and the O'Hagans, the rural economy they functioned in and the information we have about health matters at the time, including dental problems and tuberculosis. There is also some discussion on the start of the plantation, including the arrival of Sir Arthur Chichester who founded what became modern Belfast.
