Are older people who decide to stay in work preventing young people from gaining employment?

More than a million people over the age of 65 have decided to stay in work.

A similar number of young people are unemployed and looking to get into the workforce. Do the older generation need to take a step back and make room?

Ed Thomas meets some internet entrepreneurs in their sixties to find out.

Bill and Susanna were joined for a discussion by Jacqueline Corbett, sales manager at Total Jobs in Manchester and Dan Astbury, a young person working on unemployment with the Princes Trust.
