'There is prevailing peace in Zimbabwe'
Zimbabweans are voting in fiercely contested presidential and parliamentary elections which have already been hit by fraud allegations.
Filmmaker Roy Agyemang told the Today programme that Robert Mugabe will win the Zimbabwe election resoundingly because of his support on the ground for the work Mugabe has done.
Lord Malloch Brown, former minister of state for Africa, said that Mugabe will use subtle means to manipulate the election result.
He said: "He is going to steal this election, not through heavy-handed violence but by manipulating the electoral register [and] denying the MDC a lot of transport to move workers around the country and through other, subtler means."
