In early 2013 we awarded 19 talented musical individuals a Fellowship grant, allowing them to spend a year developing their skills while being mentored by industry professionals.

We invited the Fellows to come together at MediaCityUK for an informal day of panel discussions and networking, giving them a chance to get to know us, and eachother, a bit better.

Unfortunately, not all of the Fellows could join us so these films were made to document some of the sessions. Please note that this video was not filmed professionally and is for archive only. There may be some subtle flashing in the background of this clip.

In our first film, 蜜芽传媒 6Music Producer, Kate Cocker and former PAF grantee, Kathryn Rudge, set the tone for the day and give the Fellows some insight into what opportunities could be waiting for them in the year ahead.
