Police and Crime Commissioner, how do you think he's getting on?

It is one year ago since sixteen per cent of voters in Leicestershire and Rutland took part in the first-ever election to choose a police and crime commissioner.

And while that means eighty-four per cent of us didn't bother voting, the election of Sir Clive Loader to the role has an impact on everyone in the county.

So now you've had a year to get used to the idea of a police and crime commissioner, how do you think he's getting on?
