Business entrepreneur from Nottingham gets OBE
A business man from Nottingham received an OBE from the Queen in the New Year’s honours list. Sam Sangha moved came from India, when he was 10 to build up a big business empire in the city.
Sam Sangha runs a food supplier, among other businesses, and is also an ambassador for the city of Nottingham.
In this extract he speaks to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Nottingham’s Kaval Vaseer about the moment he found out he was going to get the award.
