From Bombs to Bond
Sebastian Foucan is one of the pioneers of the sport of Parkour, also known as free-running.
The aim is to get between two points, usually in urban areas, in the most efficient way possible, using only the human body to keep as much momentum as possible without hurting yourself. Imagine a city centre as an obstacle course over which you run, climb, swing, vault, jump or roll.
Such is Foucan's prowess at Parkour, when they were casting Casino Royale he caught the attention of the James Bond producers. And its not just film producers who's imagination has been sparked. Step forward a group of youngsters in Gaza. Their Parkour course however is very different - a wrecked tangle of destroyed and damaged buildings.
Fahed El-Arsi is a member of the "Free Run Gaza Team" and has been taking part in the sport for two years.
