Mark Duggan's brother Shaun Hall: "We still want answers"
Mark Duggan's brother says his family will not accept the findings of the Independent Police Complaints Commission that Mr Duggan was probably throwing a handgun away when he was shot and killed by police.
The IPCC found that the police operation targeting Mr Duggan was "appropriate" but said two police officers who investigated an earlier incident involving the same weapon should be disciplined.
Mr Duggan's brother Shaun Hall says his family are not satisfied with the findings.
"We still want answers... This 500 page document that's been produced by the IPCC literally tells us nothing," he said.
