After a seven year moratorium on the death penalty came to an end in Pakistan in December last year, more than 200 people have been executed. Sabir Massih comes from a long line of executioners, a family member hanged Pakistan's first elected prime minister, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, in 1979.
