Tourism Increases in Leicestershire
More than 30 million tourists visited Leicester and Leicestershire in 2014, with 50 thousand visitors choosing to stay overnight.
The latest figures from Leicester Shire Promotions - which promotes the heritage and attractions in the city and the county, show that the value of tourism reached a record high of more than £1.5 billion. So why tourists are flocking to Leicester and how we can keep them coming back for more?
