Council leader doesn't regret Cobblers loan

The leader of Northampton Borough Council says she doesn't regret helping Northampton's sports clubs, including the 拢10.25m loan to Northampton Town.
Mary Markham said only "one item" had gone wrong but admitted it was a "big item". The loan to the football club is still outstanding.
