Military plane goes down near Delhi

A light aircraft carrying Indian military personnel from Delhi to Ranchi, in the eastern state of Jharkhand, crashed shortly after take-off on Tuesday morning. All ten people on board have died. The 蜜芽传媒's Vineet Khare was at the scene.
