British musician, Jack Garratt has been named ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Music Sound of 2016. Previous winners of the award, which showcases the most exciting and innovative rising stars, include Sam Smith, Jessie J, Californian sisters HAIM, and Adele. While it's an international competition, the vast majority of those on this year's shortlist have been British. So we've tried to widen it up and find out who to watch this year in Africa, South America and India.
