Stanford to victims: 'Do I owe you an apology? No'

Disgraced tycoon Allen Stanford, currently serving a 110-year prison sentence for his role in one of the biggest Ponzi schemes in US history, refuses to apologise to his victims.

Speaking for the first time since 2009, the Texan told the ѿý's sports editor Dan Roan, "I know who I am and so does God, I know what I did and I know what I didn't do - I didn't do anything wrong".

The 65 year old suggests that those negatively impacted by the fraud were let down by the Department of Justice, the US government and the Security Exchange Commission.
