As a study suggests most white Britons don鈥檛 identify with a faith, Sanderson Jones 鈥� the founder of the Sunday Assembly 鈥� joined the Daily Politics.

He said he started the non-religious gatherings after being inspired by a Christmas carol concert, finding he could not identify with 鈥渢he God bit鈥�.

Mr Jones said over 500 people were at the last service in London, with councils getting in touch to organise events in different communities.

Rev Giles Fraser, who is a priest in South London, wished Mr Jones well. 鈥淟et many flowers bloom,鈥� he added.
