Russia has reacted angrily after a British inquiry blamed Moscow for the murder of the former spy, Alexander Litvinenko. Mr Litvinenko was poisoned after drinking a cup of tea laced with polonium, given to him by two Russian agents. Both the men and the Russian government have denied any involvement.
