Carer scoops 拢3m scratchcard win

A Rochford carer has been handed a cheque worth 拢3m after winning the jackpot on a 拢10 National Lottery scratchcard.

Susan Richards, 49, picked up the scratchcard at a local supermarket after she finished a lengthy night shift.

Speaking at a press conference, Mrs Richards said she was on "cloud nine".
