Renowned French chef Benoit Violier died as a result of apparent suicide. His Swiss restaurant which has three Michelin stars was rated best in the world in December by France's La Liste. French chef Bertrand Munier pays tribute to Mr Violier and reflects on the impact of maintaining a Michelin standard restaurant.
