FOI "not working" says former Attorney General
Dominic Grieve says ministers' powers to keep sensitive papers private have been eroded. Last year the Supreme Court ordered the release of letters from the Prince of Wales. Ministers had believed they had the power to over-ride a Freedom of Information tribunal, but judges disagreed.
