Ken Hom, in Ben Jackson's Kitchen!
Ken Hom has been teaching us how to cook Chinese food since the eighties, in fact he was pretty much one of the first really big celebrity chefs, although he hates the idea of the "Celeb Chef" label.
Well, he's been back in this country over the Chinese New Year celebrations, to mark thirty years since he developed a flat bottomed wok that would work in Western kitchens.
Since then, he's sold 8 million of them!
Ben asked if he'd come in to chat with him... he said yes and that he'd cook for him to!
So that's what he did, in the kitchen of Ben's home, in Mountsorrel.
