Tax officials from countries of the Organisation of Economic Cooperation and Development are in Paris to try to shape a global response to tackling tax evasion. The meeting has been organised in the light of the "Panama Papers" revelations. Francesco Guerra, Chief Financial Correspondent from the news site Politico tells Outside Source about the realities of stopping global tax evasion.
