Can this box help people out of poverty?

What is 35 metres long, shaped a bit like a train tunnel, and produces electricity and pure water from sunlight? It's something called a Watly. Essentially, it's a computer that uses solar energy to purify water as well as generating electricity. It has been developed as a commercial project with European Union funding. We hear from the project's founder, Marco Attisani.
