Emaciated dog 'on the road to recovery'
A dog left to die at a lorry depot in Essex is making a good recovery, the RSPCA says.
Lurcher-cross Peanut was found under some bushes in East Tilbury on 24 May in an emaciated state with broken bones.
An RSPCA spokesman says she is a "completely different dog to the one we found". "She clearly feels a lot better," he added.
