Hammond: Colleagues show a lack of understanding about EU
The Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond has warned colleagues that EU negotiations to the single market will be much more difficult than some believe.
He also admitted to Martha Kearney that David Cameron did argue for stronger controls on immigration in his re-negotiations. Phillip Hammond said this could have made a significant difference to the referendum result, if it had been secured.
