Corbyn has been 'outspoken' against bullies
A Labour shadow cabinet minister has defended Jeremy Corbyn over claims he has done enough to counter bullying and intimidation.
A member of Labour's National Executive Committee has said that Mr Corbyn failed to protect colleagues by voting against moves for a secret ballot for changes to leadership election rules.
But shadow education secretary Angela Rayner said Mr Corbyn had been "outspoken" against bullying and there needed to be "common decency" in the party.
