What is it like to carry the Olympic flag?
People around the world will be watching the opening ceremony for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games this week.
Mike Dixon represented Team GB at six winter Olympics as a biathlete, combining cross-country skiing and rifle shooting, and was the flag bearer at three of those.
He told the World at One's Martha Kearney what it was like.
