Government should 'look again' at dangerous dog legislation
A three year old boy has died after being attacked by a dog in Halstead, Essex. Is the law to protect us from dangerous dogs a failure?
Becky Thwaites is from the Blue Cross Animal Welfare Charity. She told James Robbins it was time for the government to "look again" at the legislation to deal with dangerous dogs, saying it should focus on behaviour rather than the breed of dog.
