After training so hard and achieving a triumph at the Olympics, how do athletes cope with life afterwards?
Cath Bishop is a former Olympic rower who won the silver medal at Athens in 2004. She worked at the Foreign Office for 13 years.
As she tells Martha Kearney, the best approach once you stop being an athlete is to have a plan "so you don't wake up in the morning thinking why am I getting up?"
