GB golds not just down to 'quantum of money'
Team GB's record success at the Rio games is not just down to the overall amount of money spent on preparing the athletes, says the vice-chairman of the British Olympic Association.
Sir Hugh Robertson also told the World at One's Martha Kearney he had not predicted the team's 67 medals.
