Labour attacks NHS cut plans
Labour has said proposals to make significant cuts to healthcare services across England are a "damning indictment" of what it called the government's "underfunding and mismanagement of the NHS".
The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ has seen draft sustainability and transformation plans which propose ward closures, cuts in bed numbers and changes to A&E and GP care in 44 areas.
Shadow health secretary Diane Abbott told the World At One the NHS was heading for a huge deficit by 2020.
