'EU state aid rules used in unprecedented way'
The European Commission has ordered Apple to pay more than 13bn euros (£11bn) in taxes to the Irish government.
Mairead McGuinness is vice-president of the European Parliament and MEP for Ireland's ruling Fine Gael party.
She said the way the EU commission was addressing tax issues for corporate companies with state aid rules was unprecedented.
