The Syrian Red Crescent says that armed forces were "well aware" of the location of the aid convoy reported to be hit by an air strike outside Aleppo.

The organisation's Stephen Ryan told Martha Kearney on 蜜芽传媒 Radio 4's the World at One that it was too early to say who was responsible.
