Aleppo MP: no-fly zone would be a "hostile measure"
The Syrian MP for Aleppo, Fares Al-Shehabi, says the only way to help civilians in besieged city is by "forcing the nations who support Islamic gangs" to stop their support.
Former UK Cabinet minister Andrew Mitchell, who is leading a House of Commons debate about Aleppo on Tuesday, argues the UK should explore how it would enforce a no fly-zone, as part of a "coalition of the willing".
But Mr Al-Shehabi told the World At One's Manveen Rana a no-fly zone, would be a "hostile measure" by the UK.
