Rayner: 'I've always had a thick skin'
Labour's shadow education secretary talks council estates, accents and entering parliament.
Speaking to the Westminster Hour, Angela Rayner said that she had always been underestimated because of her accent.
"If you want to underestimate me because I speak like a Mancunian, like the people I grew up with, then so be it at your peril," she said.
