Markets react to improved Trump prospects
There's less than a week to go before the US Presidential election. The two candidates, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, are crossing the country, drumming up support in the final six days of the campaign. Last week, polls suggested that Mrs Clinton had a comfortable lead. But now it appears that the gap between the two candidates is closing, and that's been having an impact on financial markets. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Marie Keyworth asked Dr Irwin Stelzer, an economist at the Hudson Institute, how the financial markets would respond if Donald Trump wins.
