CCTV captures 'shocking' poppy tin theft

CCTV has captured one of three poppy tin thefts in Southend over the last few days.

The Royal British Legion says it was "shocked and saddened" to hear of the incidents.

Two restaurants and a hotel in the town were targeted over the weekend.
