Did Facebook's false news stories help Donald Trump win the election?
The founder of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, has dismissed claims that false news stories on its website helped Donald Trump win the US Presidential election. The technology billionaire has said it is "a pretty crazy idea."
The presidential campaign was dogged by claims that were later discovered to be untrue.
We analyse the role that Facebook played in the election with media expert Professor Jeff Jarvis, at the City University of New York.
