Letwin: Brexit is an unprecedented challenge
A memo leaked to The Times newspaper suggests that the government has not yet formulated a plan for exiting the EU.
Former Cabinet Office Minister Oliver Letwin, who briefly led the government's Brexit unit, says leaving the EU will be "the biggest thing of its kind that this country's ever done", but that the entire government was "devoted to carrying it through".
The government says it does not recognise the claims in the memo.
