Listen to your workers, Siemens boss urges firms
The UK government is not going to require companies to put worker representatives on boards.
Juergen Maier, UK chief executive of industrial giant Siemens, says German firms have had workers on boards successfully for over 40 years.
He encourages British businesses not to wait for legislation, but to "do the right thing, just listen to your workers and be socially responsible".
