It's the time of year when many people are just turning their minds to dragging a tree into the house and festooning it with lights and tinsel and baubles. Now there's lots of decisions to be made when choosing a tree, the first being real or artificial. If you choose the real route, the decisions don't stop there, because nowadays rather than just the traditional Norwegian Spruce there's many different types to choose from, whether it be Fraser Fir or the popular Nordman.

But there's a bit of fight back going on from the traditional variety as Ben found out when he popped over on Friday afternoon to Bradgate Trees, near Old John in Charnwood Forest, to meet Sandy Butcher.
