Boris' '7½ point plan'
Former minister Ed Vaizey told the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½'s Radio 4 Westminster Hour that the government's Brexit strategy needs to address "the public's perception that free movement meant there is no control of our borders."
There is a way of "bringing the public with you", he said, "if you say there will still be immigration- but we control who comes into the country."
"Boris had a four point plan...in July he was setting out a five point plan and I've blended them together and I think it's a seven and a half point plan."
