Ofsted boss: England ahead of other parts of UK

The head of Ofsted, which inspects schools in England, has said the other parts of the UK are "dragging our overall league table position down".

Sir Michael Wilshaw told presenter Martha Kearney that England's performance had actually "gone up" in the league tables.
