Hammerson, the company who runs the Birmingham Bullring and the Brent Cross Shopping Centres have been offering hypnotherapy sessions to shoppers to relieve some of the stress of Christmas shopping. They say it鈥檚 because research suggests we make better spending decisions when we stay cool and calm. Winifred Robinson invited their hypnotist Ben Dali to shop with reporter Simon Hoban in Manchester City Centre to give it a try.
