Hammerson, the company who runs the Birmingham Bullring and the Brent Cross Shopping Centres have been offering hypnotherapy sessions to shoppers to relieve some of the stress of Christmas shopping. They say it’s because research suggests we make better spending decisions when we stay cool and calm.
