Nicola Sturgeon is 'keeping Scotland in limbo'

The Scottish Conservative Leader, Ruth Davidson, told the World at One that the First Minister should work with the UK government to get the best Brexit deal for Scotland, "rather than keeping the country in limbo" by debating " an issue which was settled two years ago in a referendum".
