Diving coach Adrian Hinchliffe - who coached Jack Laugher and Chris Mears to Britain's first-ever Olympic diving gold at Rio 2016 - told Afternoon Edition that there had been "some upset and difficult conversations" following his decision to leave British Diving and take up a role as head coach with the Australian team.
